Planetary Emissions Management

PEM has developed the technology for a carbon emissions measuring device. Their mission is to reduce uncertainty in small and large-scale carbon budgets, to create a holistic understanding of how climate change is affecting humanity, particularly at local scales, through the use of community networks, and to equip the youth of the world with the knowledge to deal with shared climatic problems and solutions.
