Beyond Start-up: Moving Your Business Forward

This 5 session/15 hour class will help existing business owners move their business to the next level. The class covers money management and financial tools critical to good decision-making marketing strategies and strategic planning for growth and the role of business financing. If your business is at a plateau or is not bringing in enough income, then this class will help you to address any roadblocks, develop a plan of action, and move your business forward. A follow-up session is scheduled to provide additional networking and support.
